Rhea Ripley first signed with WWE in 2017 and since then she’s managed to achieve major success. Ripley has won numerous championships and she’s also faced off against some of the biggest names in the business. It’s safe to say that Rhea Ripley knows what it’s like to work her way up the ladder in WWE, and she recently took some time to namedrop another wrestler who is trying to work their way up the ranks.
While speaking with SportBible, Rhea Ripley was asked who she thinks is the most underrated Superstar in WWE right now, and she gave major props to Candice LeRae.
“It’s hard to pinpoint anyone specifically, but I feel like there’s a lot, especially in the women’s division. There’s so many women that I know are so amazing at what they do, and they don’t get enough TV time or the opportunities to really show everyone what they can do.
Someone that I love is Candice LeRae. And going through NXT with her and seeing how her brain works and how she goes out there and she’s like the vet in the ring. She really knows what to do and she keeps everyone calm and she’s got ideas. And it’s just like, I wish that someone like her would get more of an opportunity.”
