Rhea Ripley is the current NXT Women’s Champion, and she’s set to defend her title against Charlotte Flair on the Grandest Stage of Them All at WrestleMania 36.
Ripley hasn’t been shy about letting the world know about her love of tattoos, and during a recent interview she noted that WWE won’t clear her to get new tattoos on her upper body.
“My dream since being a little girl is to be the most tattooed human ever. I just love tattoos, I don’t know why! I’ve always loved them. But, unfortunately for me, WWE isn’t clearing my upper body [for tattoos] – that’s why I wear pants! I got pants so I wouldn’t have to clear my tattoos because you can’t see them. I’m trying to finish my leg sleeves, then hopefully I can convince people to let me get my arm sleeves and other stuff, but we’ll see how that goes.”
However, it looks like her lower body is fair game, and the NXT Women’s Champion recently had some ink done at Built 4 Speed Tattoo.
