WWE recently released a number of talents due to coronavirus related budget cuts, so now there are quite a few free agents on the market.
Everyone is waiting to see where the released talents are going to end up, but one thing fans shouldn’t expect to see is Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins teaming up moving forward.
Zack Ryder recently spoke to Fightful about his release, and he confirmed that he and Hawkins will be going their separate ways.
“So, Brian and I talked about this. We are not teaming. We are not teaming anywhere unless– one of the things we want to do is we do the Major Wrestling Figure live podcasts, but we’d like to put on live wrestling shows. I would love to team with him in that environment or I’d love to wrestle like the Rock N’ Roll Express or the Headbangers. But other than that, we’re going our own separate ways.”
