Back in April WWE announced coronavirus related budget cuts, and then a number of releases from NXT and the main roster followed.
WWE veteran Heath Slater was released after a long run with the company, but it looks like Slater is ready to get back in on the action.
The former SmackDown Tag Team Champion recently took to Twitter to post a video of himself training along with the caption “July 18 Coming Soon.”
It’s worth noting that the Impact Wrestling Slammiversary pay-per-view takes place on July 18. It’s also worth noting that Rhyno recently teased that he has a tag team partner, and that his “got kids.”
Stay tuned for updates on Heath Slater’s status as they become available.
