WWE is constantly signing talent, and unfortunately a number of talent have also been released over the last few years. Back in May of 2025 it was revealed that Mark Coffey have been released alongside the other members of Gallus.
Coffey has been away from WWE for almost a year now, but he recently confirmed that he returned to the company to work as a guest coach at the Performance Center this week when he posted the following:
“Fantastic time coaching this week at The WWE PC for @wwenxt”
It’s certainly not uncommon for WWE to bring in former stars to work as coaches at the Performance Center as Ricky Morton also recently confirmed that he was in Orlando earlier this month.
Orlando, Florida for the week!
Fortunate to be able to teach, train, & give back. 🤟
Catch ya soon, PC.

Mark Coffey originally started working with WWE in 2018 as part of the NXT UK brand. Throughout his run with the company he managed to become a one time NXT UK Heritage Cup winner, one time NXT UK Tag Team Champion and a one time NXT Tag Team Champion. Following his release in 2025 he has worked for a number of companies including ICW and MLW.
Recently Sports Illustrated reported that Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey and Wolfgang have all signed with Major League Wrestling.
