This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw was the go home show for the Hell in a Cell premium live event, and Cody Rhodes got into a heated exchange with Seth Rollins. The two rivals spent some time cutting promos before things got physical as they battled throughout the ringside area.
Eventually WWE officials decided to pull them apart, and that’s when fans spotted a familiar face in the mix. Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel happened to be one of the people who broke up the fight as seen in the photo below.

Ariya Daivari was also spotted on Raw this week as well. It was reported back in April that Curtis Axel and Ariya Daivari had both started working with WWE as producers on a tryout basis.
Curtis Axel, real name Joe Hennig, originally signed with WWE in 2007. During his run with the company he managed to become a one time WWE Intercontinental Champion and a two time WWE Tag Team Champion. WWE released him in April of 2020 which put an end to his 13 year run with the company.
