Released WWE Star Called “Most Unprofessional” Person In The Business

A few weeks ago WWE released a number of talents, and this week the wave of releases hit NXT. One of the most notable names who ended up getting released this week was none other than former NXT North American Champion Velveteen Dream.

Following news of Dream’s release WWE artist Rob Schamberger seemingly reacted to the news when he posted the following on Twitter:

“Without saying anything further: He was the single most unprofessional person I’ve encountered in this business. I hope this is the wake up call he needs to start doing the emotional work to become a better person. All told.”

Schamberger has done many portraits of WWE Superstars on the Canvas 2 Canvas YouTube show, as well as other artwork for the company.

Velveteen Dream, real name Patrick Clark, signed with WWE following the 2015 season of Tough Enough. He went on to become one of the most talked about stars in NXT, and he last competed on the show when he faced Adam Cole on the December 23rd episode.
