WWE Crown Jewel aired live from Perth on Saturday and the show kicked off in a big way. The opening match saw Bronson Reed and Roman Reigns clash in an Australian Street Fight and Paul Heyman accompanied Bronson Reed to the ring. Before Bronson Reed even finished his entrance the crowd starting chanting for Roman Reigns.
The Tribal Chief dominated the match early on and he hit Reed with a trash can as they brawled through the crowd. When the two stars returned to the ring Roman Reigns attacked Reed with a cricket bat followed by a kendo stick. After a few minutes Roman grabbed a mic and told the fans to acknowledge him if they want tables. The fans put their ones up and chanted “OTC” as Roman grabbed a table from under the ring. Reed attacked Roman from behind then put the table back under the ring. Bronson Reed finally managed to make a comeback as he hit Roman Reigns with the steel ring steps.
Roman Reigns struggled as he tried to get the upper hand, but he eventually connected with a Superman Punch for a two count as the fans chanted for tables. The Tribal Chief called for the spear and Bronson Reed quickly rolled out of the ring. Roman ran around the ring and tried to spear Reed through the barricade, but Bron Breakker appeared out of nowhere and hit Reigns with a spear instead. The Brons then teamed up to powerbomb Roman Reigns through the announce table.
Bronson Reed grabbed a table and set it up in the corner inside the ring. Jey Uso’s music hit and The Usos made their way out to even the odds. They took out Bron Breakker with a double superkick then set their sights on Bronson Reed. Breakker got up and went after The Usos in the ring, but they took him out again with more superkicks and a 1D. They both went to the top rope as Breakker and Reed knocked them off.
Breakker set his sights on Jimmy Uso as he ran around the ring and speared him through the barricade. Reed went to the top rope for a Tsunami on Jey as Roman popped back up and knocked him off with a Superman Punch.
Roman went for a spear as Bron Breakker distracted him. Reed then put Roman up on his shoulders and Roman got out of it. Jey Uso went for a spear on Bronson Reed through the table, but Reed moved out of the way and Jey accidentally speared Roman through the table instead.
Bon Breakker speared Jey Uso then Bron Breakker connected with a Tsunami on Roman Reigns and pinned him to win the match. After the match Roman was clearly upset with The Usos as he told them that he loves them, but he doesn’t want to see them until Christmas.
