According to PWInsider WWE is inducting Razor Ramon instead of Scott Hall so that they can use the name Scott Hall for a separate Hall of Fame induction. In the future WWE may want to induct The Outsiders and more than likely the nWo.

Well that’s dumb. They didn’t do this for Flair since he was inducted for his singles career AND(later on) his being a part of the original Four Horsemen, so….do they really think it’ll be ok so they can claim that Flair is the only 2-time Hall of Famer when no matter what Scott Hall is gonna have that same distinction?
….then again, this is the same company that doesn’t acknowledge Christian being a 6-time world champion or R-Truth being the first(official) African-American NWA World Heavyweight Champion…
