WWE has been making big moves over the last few months thanks to the transfer window. A number of notable names have switched brands and now it seems that one of Raw’s finest is set to make the jump to SmackDown.
PWInsider is reporting that R-Truth has been moved from the Raw brand to SmackDown. As of this writing WWE has not officially announced the change for R-Truth, but the plan is for the former United States Champion to be part of the blue brand moving forward.
Other names who have joined SmackDown in recent months include The Wyatt Sicks, Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest to name a few. Raw has also seen an influx of talent with AJ Styles making the jump to Raw, and A-Town Down Under joining the red brand’s tag team division.
There’s currently no word on what WWE has planned for Truth once he joins the SmackDown roster, but if there’s one thing R-Truth has proven over the years it’s that he can work with just about anyone, so we’ll have to wait and see how things play out.
