It seems that there have been far too many injuries in WWE and NXT over the last few months, and one Monday Night Raw star had an injury scare during the WWE live event in Kitchener, Ontario on Saturday night. Apollo and Titus O’Neil took on Sheamus and Cesaro, and according to fans in attendance, Apollo hurt himself while attempting to do a kip up.
The referee then threw up the “X” and Apollo was examined at ringside. He was able to finish the match, but fans noted that he was walking with a limp.
It’s nice to see that Apollo was able to get back up and finish the match, as the last thing anyone needs on the Road to WrestleMania is to be taken out of action due to injury.
It seems that all is well in the world of Apollo Crews, so hopefully this incident truly was nothing more than a scare.
