This week’s episode of WWE Raw was the first post-SummerSlam show and it also featured Finn Balor relinquishing the Universal Championship. According to ShowBuzzDaily.com. Raw drew 3.315 million viewers this week, a big increase over the 2.915 million viewers that tuned in last week.
For this week’s show the first hour drew 3.462 million viewers, followed by the second hour which drew 3.370 million viewers. The third and final hour drew 3.133 million viewers.
Monday night on Raw General Manager Mick Foley announced that he had signed a hot free agent. The free agent turned out to be former NXT Women’s Champion Bayley, who is now officially part of the main roster.
Foley commented on Bayley’s arrival saying that he was grateful to be a part of it. He posted the following on Facebook:
“I GET TO DO THIS!
I will always be grateful that I was given the privilege of announcing the debut of Bayley to Monday Night Raw!”
Seth Rollins showed respect for his SummerSlam opponent Finn Balor earlier today by thanking him on Twitter.
