Over the weekend Randy Orton returned at Survivor Series, and Orton kicked off Monday Night Raw when he told the fans that he’s back for as long as he can stay. The fans responded by chanting “welcome back!”
The Viper thanked the fans and said the whole time he was gone it gave him plenty of time to think about all his accomplishments. He said that his point is there’s one thing he had never done and that is compete at WarGames, so when Cody Rhodes called him he was in. Orton said that he also came back because he has unfinished business with The Bloodline.
Randy said he can forgive, but can’t forget, and he has a bag of receipts for every single member of The Bloodline. He said those receipts will come in the form of the RKO. The fans chanted “RKO” but Rhea Ripley entered and interrupted the chants.
Rhea Ripley welcomed Randy Orton back while praising his performance at Survivor Series. She tried to get under Orton’s skin by saying that his big return was upstaged. Ripley told Orton that the landscape has changed because The Bloodline has fallen and The Judgment Day has risen. The fans chanted “RKO” as Rhea threatened that The Judgment Day will take Orton out permanently.
Randy Orton said that while he’s been gone it’s been “Mami this. Mami that,” then he told her “Daddy’s back.” He said a lot of things have changed, but the ont thing that will never change is that nobody tells Randy Orton what to do. Rhea said she tried to warn him, but Orton has made The Judgment Day his enemy.
JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio then attacked Orton from behind. The Viper managed to get the upper hand and hit the RKO on JD McDonagh as Dominik retreated. Orton got on the mic and told Dominik not to go too far because he’s going to make sure he gets Dom one on one in the ring tonight.
