Randy Orton’s health problems are apparently worse than expected. It’s being reported by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Randy Orton will need neck surgery after he recovers from shoulder surgery.

The surgery would be done to remove bone chips from Orton’s neck, but there’s always the possibility that doctors could find out that his neck is more damaged than they originally thought. Having neck surgery after Orton recovers from his shoulder surgery would add another 3 to 6 months to his recovery which could end up keeping him out of action for up to a year.

One way or another, it sounds like it’s going to be a while before we see a RKO…outta nowhere!
