Randy Orton certainly knows how to get people talking on social media, and he recently had fans talking about the possibility of him jumping ship to AEW.
However, Orton won’t be joining All Elite Wrestling any time soon, as it was recently reported that The Viper signed a new multi-year contract with WWE that will see him stay with the company through 2024.
With WrestleMania season right around the corner, Orton is already thinking about the show of shows, and he recently took to social media to challenge John Cena to a WrestleMania match when he posted the following:
“I’m on a flight to London and see this striking young man asking me a question. Why yes @johncena I am up for a challenge, are you? Let’s say ohhhh I dunno, #Wrestlemania36 maybe? Or does Hollywood have you booked solid? #WM36”
Orton and Cena certainly aren’t strangers, as they’ve faced off many times.
Whether or not John Cena is interested in battling his rival once again remains to be seen at this point because the 16 time WWE World Champion seems to be focused on his acting career at the moment.
