Last year WWE peeled the curtain back in a big way when the first season of WWE Unreal premiered on Netflix. The show gave fans a look into what goes on behind the scenes at a WWE event, and it seems that everyone has a strong opinion when it comes to Unreal.

During a recent appearance on the Pat McAfee Show, Randy Orton shared his honest thoughts on WWE Unreal, and he explained the benefits of the show while also making it clear that he doesn’t like it.

“Kayfabe is dead. This is entertainment. We’re all superstars. I understand it, and I also hate it. I understand it, and I think it’s necessary. I think bringing in a crossover, like you said your daughter gets to see it, and she’ll understand it, and people that aren’t fans might be fans, and have more of a respect for what we do. Listen, if you don’t know what goes into it and you watch Unreal and you realize there’s a lot, and it’s boom, boom, boom. I mean, live TV almost everyday of the week. It’s insane when you think about the amount of content that’s put out and how it’s all pretty much live. I think it makes sense to me that it’s a thing, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it.”

Randy Orton will be in action this weekend as he’s currently set to face off against Cody Rhodes, Trick Williams, LA Knight, Je’Von Evans and Jey Uso in an Elimination Chamber match. The winner will go on to challenge Drew McIntyre for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania.
