The Royal Rumble is only a few days away and anticipation is at an all time high heading into the event. A number of notable names have been confirmed for the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches, but there are still plenty of open spots for surprise entrants.
WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select is reporting that Sol Ruca and Lola Vice have both been discussed for the women’s Royal Rumble match. Sol Ruca did not appear on NXT this week which led to speculation regarding a possible appearance at the Royal Rumble.
It’s also being reported that Mr. Iguana of AAA was discussed for the men’s Royal Rumble match. However, it was noted that the three names have not been confirmed for their respective Royal Rumble matches, only that they were discussed.
The WWE Royal Rumble will air live from Saudi Arabia on Saturday, January 31st and the current card can be seen below.
