It was recently announced that the AEW All Out pay-per-view will take place from the NOW Arena in September, and it looks like fans could be seeing a former AEW World Champion in action at the event.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer recently reported that The Young Bucks vs. FTR III was being held off due to a major angle. Now Fightful Select is reporting that tentative plans call for The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega to team for a 6 man tag team program at the All Out pay-per-view. However, it was noted that the match has yet to be confirmed and plans could always change between now and September.
Kenny Omega has been out of action since he dropped the AEW World Championship to Adam Page at the Full Gear pay-per-view back in November due to a number of injuries.
Omega told Fightful back in June that originally he hope to be able to return for the Forbidden Door pay-per-view, but he didn’t want to rush back too soon. Omega also returned to the road briefly to work behind the scenes. However, he ultimately removed himself from that role as he felt it was slowing his progress. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
