The WWE Draft is set to kick off next week on Friday Night SmackDown and it will continue on the following episode of Monday Night Raw. The draft is always an exciting event to watch and Triple H has promised that this year it will truly change the game. Triple H also announced that every Superstar is eligible to be drafted which means we could see some NXT stars getting called up to the red or blue brand.
According to PWInsider Elite, several NXT stars are currently being considered for main roster call-ups including Zoey Stark, Cameron Grimes, Pretty Deadly and Ilja Dragunov. It was noted that Ilja Dragunov had been pitched for the SmackDown brand while Pretty Deadly were pitched for Raw.
There’s currently no word on which brand Cameron Grimes or Zoey Stark are being considered for. Cameron Grimes last appeared on NXT programming last year and it was reported a few months ago that the company was simply waiting on the right creative to bring him to the main roster full-time.
