WWE recently confirmed that the Superstar Shake-Up is set to return next week, which means some big changes will be made to the rosters on Raw and SmackDown Live.
Typically WWE also throws a few NXT stars into the mix, and it looks like a former NXT Women’s Champion could be getting called up next week.
Kairi Sane faced Shayna Baszler at the NXT tapings this week with the stipulation being that if Sane lost she could never again challenge for the NXT Women’s Championship.
Sane lost the match and took a bow as she made her exit. According to fans in attendance it seemed as if she was saying goodbye to NXT.
It’s been rumored that there’s been talk of Kairi Sane getting called up.
It’s also worth noting that Sane was backstage at SmackDown on Tuesday, and Paige teased the debut of a new tag team for SmackDown Live next week.
