The women of WWE are set to make history in a few weeks when WWE’s first ever all women’s pay-per-view, Evolution, airs live on the WWE Network.
It’s already been confirmed that WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus will be returning to face Alexa Bliss, and Lita will be returning to face Mickie James. Names from the past such as Michelle McCool and Beth Phoenix are also being advertised for the pay-per-view.
It looks like we could be seeing some appearances from some of NXT’s brightest stars at Evolution as well.
PWInsider is reporting that Bianca Belair, Io Shirai. Jessamyn Duke, Candice LaRae, Dakota Kai and Marina Shafir are all scheduled to be at the show, but their roles are unknown at this point in time.
Evolution will take place from the Nassau Coliseum on Sunday, 10/28.
