The first ever WWE WrestlePalooza premium live event is set to take place from Indianapolis later this month and the show will air on ESPN. So far WWE has confirmed that Stephanie Vaquer will face Iyo Sky in a match for the vacant WWE Women’s World Championship and it looks like a big tag team reunion is also set for the show.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that The Usos will be uniting at WrestlePalooza to take on the team of Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. It’s also being reported that John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar and CM Punk and AJ Lee vs. Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are both set for the show.
Originally Cody Rhodes was scheduled to defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre at WrestlePalooza. However, the last word was that the match is still up in the air, and Drew McIntyre could end up facing off against Randy Orton. Cody Rhodes was originally advertised for Indianapolis, and the reason for the change is unknown, but Rhodes is currently filming Street Fighter, which could be the reason why the match with McIntyre is up in the air.
WWE WrestlePalooza will emanate from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana and currently there are 9,204 tickets out for the show. Stay tuned for updates.
