The wrestling world has been talking a lot about WrestleMania 41 recently as WWE has confirmed that the event will take place from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas next year. WrestleMania 41 is already shaping up to be a big show as The Rock is once again expected to be on the card.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that as of right now the plan is for The Rock to face Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41. It’s also being reported that it could be a title vs. title match with Cody’s Undisputed WWE Championship and The Rock’s People’s Championship both on the line.
However, people in WWE have reportedly noted that there’s no guarantee Cody Rhodes will still be Undisputed WWE Champion by WrestleMania next year. Regardless of whether or not Cody still has his belt by WrestleMania the People’s Championship is expected to be factored in.
Even though that seems to be the current plan right now a lot can change between now and WrestleMania 41 next year. WrestleMania 41 will air live from Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20.
