This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite kicked off with a fiery promo from CM Punk which led to a heated confrontation between the AEW World Champion and the interim AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.
It was later announced that Punk and Moxley will face off in a title unification match next week on Dynamite which surprised many who assumed that the match would be saved for All Out.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the match hasn’t been confirmed, but CM Punk vs. Jon Moxley with both belts on the line is currently being talked about as the main event for the All Out pay-per-view.
It’s also being reported that so far AEW has sold 7,732 tickets for All Out with 974 tickets remaining which are part of a combo deal including Dynamite and Rampage in Chicago. The All Out pay-per-view will air live from the NOW Arena on Sunday, September 4. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
