The last few weeks have been huge for The Bloodline as Jey Uso challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam, but he lost the match after his brother Jimmy seemingly turned on Jey when he hit him with a superkick.
This week Jimmy Uso appeared on SmackDown and told Jey that he prevented him from winning the match because he doesn’t want his brother to get corrupted by power like Roman Reigns did. Jey Uso responded by hitting Jimmy with a superkick then he announced that he’s out of WWE before leaving through the crowd.
Now that Jey Uso has seemingly quit WWE there’s no telling where the storyline could go from here but it looks like he could be off TV for a while. However, WWE did recently release an updated poster for Survivor Series which features Jey Uso, so it’s possible he could be back by then if not sooner.
PWInsider recently reported that neither The Usos nor Solo Sikoa will be at the SmackDown tapings in Toronto next week. It was also noted that Roman Reigns was never slated for the show. Unless WWE pre-taped a segment there likely won’t be much movement regarding The Bloodline storyline on the next episode of SmackDown.
