Over the last year or so there have been an unfortunate number of injuries in the professional wrestling world and some of WWE’s top stars are currently out of action. Chad Gable happens to be one of the names who’s currently sitting on the sidelines as he suffered a shoulder injury back in June.
It looks like Gable could potentially be returning sooner than later as PWInsider is reporting that there have been pitches made regarding Chad Gable potentially returning to WWE programming next week on Raw in Toronto.
Next week’s episode of Monday Night Raw will be the red brand’s go-home show for the Royal Rumble and it will feature a four way match to determine the number one contenders for the WWE World Tag Team Championship. The New Day, Alpha Academy, Otis & Akira Tozawa, Brutus & Julius Creed and Rayo & Bravo Americano have all been confirmed for the match.
It’s also been confirmed that Bron Breakker will be returning from his suspension during next week’s episode. Given that it’s the last Raw before the Royal Rumble it’s probably safe to say that more names will be declaring for their respective Royal Rumble matches as well.
