Tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown is set to take place from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, TN and it looks like we could be seeing a big return tonight.
PWInsider is reporting that former Intercontinental Champion John Morrison is backstage at SmackDown.
At this point it’s not known if he will be appearing on the show tonight, so stay tuned for updates.
WWE confirmed a few weeks ago that John Morrison has signed a new multi-year deal with the company.
It’s also being reported that former WCW World Champion David Arquette has been spotted in Memphis as well.
WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:
- Roman Reigns & Daniel Bryan battle King Corbin & Dolph Ziggler
- Bayley & Sasha Banks to square off against Lacey Evans & Dana Brooke and Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross
