WWE is advertising a big face to face confrontation between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns for Monday Night Raw this week, and as fans may remember, that same face to face confrontation was advertised for Raw two weeks ago, and it didn’t happen.
It looks as though there’s a chance that it may not be happening this week either, as PWInsider is reporting that as of this afternoon Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were not at the arena for tonight’s show.
WWE officials used Brock Lesnar’s “no show” a few weeks ago as a way to get Roman Reigns over as a babyface, so it’s possible that they may be doing something similar this week, or that Brock could be arriving later in the day.
It’s also worth noting that despite the fact that Ronda Rousey is being advertised for every episode of Raw leading up to WrestleMania 34, as of this afternoon Rousey was not backstage in Detroit either.
As of this writing WWE is still advertising Brock Lesnar for tonight’s show on WWE.com, so we’ll just have to wait and see if he ends up making an appearance tonight.
