AJ Styles successfully defended his WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34, but it appears that he’s not done with the King of Strong Style.
After the match was over, Shinsuke Nakamura turned heel and hit AJ Styles with a low blow.
On this week’s episode of SmackDown, Shinsuke also spoiled the dream match between Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles when he interfered and caused the match to end in a disqualification.
It looks like Shinsuke Nakamura could be getting another WWE Championship match in the near future, as local advertisements for the Extreme Rules pay-per-view are promoting a triple threat match for the title featuring AJ Styles defending against Shinsuke and Baron Corbin.

As always, cards are subject to change, but if this advertisement does hold up, it looks like this is also an indication that Nakamura, Styles and Corbin could end up staying on SmackDown Live following the Superstar Shake-Up next week.
The Extreme Rules pay-per-view will take place from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA on Sunday, July 15th.
