Possible Sign That Former WWE Star Is Returning To The Company Soon

Over the last few years fans have seen a number of former WWE stars make the jump to All Elite Wrestling. Andrade El Idolo debuted with All Elite Wrestling in 2021, but it was recently confirmed that he has finished up with the company.

While Andrade has yet to make a move since becoming a free agent it’s been reported that he is expected to make his return to WWE soon. It’s worth noting that amidst rumors of his WWE return Andrade has been pulled from Game Changer Wrestling’s event in Chicago on Friday. GCW has confirmed that Lio Rush will be replacing Andrade El Idolo at the event.

GCW posted the following announcement:

“Due to circumstances out of control, ANDRADE and MAKI ITOH will be unable to compete on Friday’s event in Chicago.

The following replacements have been signed:

MASHA SLAMOVICH will replace Maki Itoh

LIO RUSH will replace Andrade

*Additional Matches TBA tonite and this week*”
