This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was the special season premiere episode, and it featured some big moments to say the least. Brock Lesnar returned to confront Bobby Lashley, and The Beast decimated Lashley when he hit him with the F5 and put him in the Kimura.
Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast recently noted that WWE and USA are happy with the direction of Raw and Brock Lesnar’s appearance on the show may have been a “make good” for Bray Wyatt not appearing following his big return.
USA network and WWE are both very happy with the direction of Raw.
Lesnar returning on the show felt like a “make good” to many at USA for not having Bray on Raw following the buzz from Extreme Rules. https://t.co/q2MieiJjNr

PWInsider is also reporting that Adam Pearce produced Brock Lesnar’s return as well as the Bobby Lashley vs. Seth Rollins match that followed. Brock was covertly flown into New York and he was hidden until Raw started.
Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
