Apollo Crews picked up a huge win over Big E when he won the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 37, and so far he’s managed to hang on to the belt.
Last week on Friday Night SmackDown Apollo Crews defended the Intercontinental Title against Big E, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens in a fatal four way, and he pinned Big E after Aleister Black interfered and hit Big E with Black Mass.
It looks like Big E is set for a feud with Aleister Black, which has left fans wondering who might be next to step up and challenge for the IC Title.
Dave Meltzer speculated on Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE could have Kevin Owens feud with Apollo Crews and chase the belt. Sami Zayn is currently working as a heel, so Owens seems like the likely choice to feud with Apollo.
