This week’s episode of SmackDown Live happened to be SmackDown 1000, so General Manager Paige booked a very special title match.
The New Day defended their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The Bar, and in the end it was The Bar who walked out with the belts.
Big Show made his way down to the ringside area while The Bar were attacking Kofi Kingston on the outside, and after he chased The Bar off, he turned heel and put Kofi through the announce table.
While Big E was distracted, The Bar capitalized and won the match, then Big Show celebrated with the new champions.
According to PWInsider, the name that was being used backstage for the new stable at SmackDown 1000 was Showbar, so that could be the name they use going forward.
