As we roll even closer to Survivor Series it looks like fans are going to get an even better clue how the big November pay-per-view event is going to look. The men and women’s Survivor Series matches are going to be epic, especially considering the fact all roads lead to WrestleMania 34.
Jinder Mahal recently laid down a challenge for John Cena for WrestleMania and it looks like those two might be in a ring with each other even sooner than most would expect.
What appears to be a leaked Survivor Series poster recently surfaced and from the looks of it, this one seems legit. Now it’s only a matter of time to see if Roman Reigns will get cleared in time for Survivor Series. But Dave Meltzer did note on Wrestling Observer Radio that he was expected to be back by the time Raw rolls through Atlanta.
By the looks of things, we’re going to have a very special referee situation to deal with during the main event of the night. So if you were wondering how John Cena and Jinder Mahal’s feud might really receive a jump start then you could have your answer right there.
If John Cena was a special referee for this show it would be a pretty smart booking decision so WWE could have an out of the main event while allowing their big champions to still look strong. It’s also a good idea to feature Cena however they can, even if he’s just a special referee it’s still John Cena and he always brings something special to the table.
The Survivor Series event from Houston is set to be a big one as Raw and SmackDown Superstars do battle in what should be an epic night of pro wrestling. I also like how Kurt Angle is front and center on this poster wearing his wrestling singlet. It’s a good place for him to be. It’s true, it’s damn true.
