People In WWE Reportedly Frustrated Over Booking Decisions

There are quite a few wrestlers on the WWE main roster, but there’s only so much TV time to go around each week. For months now it’s been rumored that Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch would take place at SummerSlam. However, it was announced earlier this week that Stratus and Lynch will face off on an upcoming episode of Raw.

It had also been rumored that Rhea Ripley vs. Raquel Rodriguez could happen at SummerSlam, but so far the women’s division has only been confirmed for two matches on the card. Recently it was reported that WWE made changes to SummerSlam due to time constraints.

Now the WRKD Wrestling account is reporting that there are growing frustrations backstage in WWE in regard to how the women’s division is being handled.

The booking of the WWE women’s division has been criticized in recent months, and WWE’s decision to move Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch off the SummerSlam card like won’t help matters. The constant title changes with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship have also become a talking point. Recently the belts were won by Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green, but only time will tell if they are able to elevate the titles.
