WWE recently reported that contract negotiations for Brock Lesnar’s next title defense have broken down, and at this point in time Brock’s next appearance on WWE programming hasn’t been confirmed, but Raw General Manager Kurt Angle has been trying to sort the situation out.
Due to the Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar, backing out of his commitment, I regretfully have to cancel the multi man match at Extreme Rules PPV. It’s a shame that our champion continues to disappoint.

Paul Heyman hasn’t been quiet about another potential title match for Brock Lesnar, as he’s been taking shots at WWE on social media as of late, saying that he has a lack of confidence in WWE management’s ability to find a suitable opponent for Brock.
A fan recently asked Paul why he wasn’t live tweeting while watching Raw this week, and Heyman ripped on the show by saying that the best part of Raw is the commercials.
Blunt answer to your interratory: Because when #RAW is built around CHALLENGERS (aka "wannabes") instead of a once-ever athlete (@BrockLesnar) and his humble @Advocate, the commercials are actually the best part of the show!

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman are surrounded by controversy right now and we’re all patiently waiting to see when Brock will defend his title next.
