Brock Lesnar hasn’t defended his Universal Championship since the Greatest Royal Rumble back in April, and WWE recently reported that negotiations for Brock’s next title defense had broken down. However, on Sunday night Raw GM Kurt Angle announced that negotiations had been reopened, and he sent a message to Heyman and Lesnar when he said that if they don’t appear on Raw tonight, Lesnar will be stripped of the title. Heyman didn’t seem very happy about the threat, as he responded with the following:
Of course, Heyman’s rant didn’t end there.
Heyman continued by calling Angle’s threat an “amateurish negotiation ploy” and he added that he’s currently in Las Vegas.
Stay tuned for updates on the Universal Title situation, which is set to be addressed on Raw tonight.
