Paige’s Brothers Speak Out About Her Suspension, Potentially Career Ending Surgery And More

It was announced on Monday that Paige has been suspended for 60 days for her second violation of the WWE Wellness Policy. Paige’s father later spoke out about her suspension, and noted that she was suspended for taking painkillers which were prescribed to her.

Paige has been dealing with a neck issue, and her brother Zak Bevis mentioned on Facebook that she is waiting on major neck surgery that could potentially end her career. He posted the following:

“OK let’s make this public shall we…. My sister is waiting for a major Surgery on her neck which potentially could finish her wrestling career. She has gone private and went to a different Dr, who is amazing I’ll add. He gave her PRESCRIPTION pain killers to ease the pain that she’s in 24/7 and I have witnessed. They’ve not excepted this and this leads to yet another suspension. Absolute bulls**t.”

Paige’s other brother Roy Bevis also commented on her suspension via Facebook, saying that her neck is in rough shape.

“Cause she took pain killers what aren’t on the well being policy,,her necked fooked at 24 be nice if they worried about her more,feel free to share”

Last week Paige herself noted on Twitter that she recently saw a doctor who gave her two great options for surgery.

“Thanks to Dr. Uribe yesterday. One of the best doctors I’ve seen. Gave me two great surgery options. Makes you think about the risks you have to take when it comes to this business, the things you put your body through to entertain the masses. Still wouldn’t change it for the world. Thanks to everyone for the continued support.”
