Paige On Losing The SmackDown GM Role, What She Wants To Do In WWE Now

Paige was receiving mostly positive feedback for her work as the General Manager on SmackDown Live, but a few weeks ago the McMahons took back control of Raw and SmackDown, then they did away with the GM positions.

Now fans are wondering what’s next for Paige in WWE.

It appears that the company hasn’t found a solid spot for her just yet, but the former Divas Champion told Sky Sports that she would love to work as a manager for someone on the roster.

“At this point I don’t know. I’d love to be a manager for somebody. I don’t know who put that’s something I’d love to do so I’ll put that out there in the universe. I just want to be part of the company. I love this company and I love to talk a lot so give me a microphone and I’ll give it a good old-fashioned try. I loved being general manager and it was a surprise to me (to stop that) but WWE evolves all the time and you have to evolve and deal with it.”

Paige also confirmed that she won’t be in attendance for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view because she will be promoting Fighting With My Family at Sundance.
