Money In The Bank is approaching and WWE stacked a loaded show for the big event in Chicago that isn’t sold out. Now it looks like we’re going to get another opportunity to see a top match get a spotlight as AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura get ready for their third battle on pay-per-view.
Paige says she might be home but she’s always hard at work. If you follow the Anit-Diva you know how much fun she has while at work with her dogs and rocker boyfriend Attila bassist Kalan Blehm or shooting the next season of Total Divas. But that’s another story.
The former Divas Champion says she’s always working and why shouldn’t we believe her? After all, she’s been a fine SmackDown Live General Manager so far.
Paige sounded mighty official as she announced there will be contract signing this week on SmackDown Live between AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura as they prepare for their WWE Championship match at Money In The Bank.
“There’s been a lot words, there’s been a lot of kicks, there’s been a lot of low blows,” Paige said and all of those statements are true. “So to make sure their match goes as smoothly as possible I’ve come up with an idea where I will be personally moderating a personal sitdown contract signing between both of them.” This is a great plan but I’m sure Paige knows how contract signings play out according to pro wrestling history.
Then again if Paige stands in the middle of AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura there probably won’t be much risk of them doing anything physical seeing how Paige is on the “do not touch under any conditions due to a neck injury” list.
We will have to see how this plays out but it looks like there’s going to be a contract signing this week on SmackDown Live so we have that to look forward to.
