Who Owns The “Stone Cold” Name?

Steve Austin is not currently under any sort of contract with WWE.Due to the fact that he doesn’t have a contract that means he can’t use the Stone Cold name, because it is owned by WWE. He does however hav the rights to the Steve Austin name, which is now his legal name, as part of an agreement with WWE.
