A few weeks ago WWE introduced a new segment on Raw called Raw Underground, and for better or worse Raw Underground got the wrestling community talking.
This week The Hurt Business dominate the Raw Underground scene, but originally WWE had different plans for the segment.
According to Fightful Select, WWE filmed several segments for Raw Underground this week that didn’t end up airing on the show.
The first scrapped segment saw Jessamyn Duke defeat an enhancement talent. It’s said that Duke received high praise for her striking ability, but the segment didn’t air. Marina Shafir also had a fight right after.
Titus O’Neil also faced Riddick Moss in another scrapped Raw Underground segment.
Ivar later faced Dolph Ziggler, but during the segment Ivar was attacked by Angel Garza.
At this point it’s not clear why the segments were scrapped.
