The road to WrestleMania 35 is looking very different compared to the road to WrestleMania 34 so far.
For several years Roman Reigns has been in the spotlight during WrestleMania season, but this time around Reigns is sitting on the sidelines as he focuses on his battle with leukemia.
It’s safe to say that Roman would have been in a top match at WrestleMania 35 this year had his unfortunate health issues not taken him out of action, and it looks like original plans called for him to face one of his former Shield brothers.
Dave Meltzer was asked about WrestleMania plans for Roman, and he noted that The Big Dog was supposed to face Dean Ambrose.
Obviously things have changed in a big way over the last few months, and with WWE announcing that Dean Ambrose is set to part ways with the company in April, it’s not clear at this point in time if the company will book him in a top match at the Show of Shows.
What do you think WWE should do with Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 35? Sound off in the comments below.
