We’re only a few days away from AEW’s annual Full Gear pay-per-view, and Cody Rhodes is set to team up with PAC to take on the team of Malakai Black and Andrade El Idolo at the event.
Cody Rhodes has been feuding with Malakai Black, and PAC has been feuding with Andrade for some time now, but in recent weeks these feuds have crossed over and pushed Cody and PAC to work together.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the tag team match was not originally planned for the Full Gear pay-per-view. Original plans called for Cody, PAC, Black and Andrade to face off in a fatal four way, but Tony Khan changed the plans when they did the first angle.
Full Gear will air live on pay-per-view on Saturday, November 13. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.
