Original Plans For Brock Lesnar’s Return, How Long Sami Zayn Will Be Out For

Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman will both be returning to television after Money in the Bank so that they can start the build for the Battleground PPV. The original plan for Lesnar was to have him face off against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam. That plan is still on the table but might not happen due to all the creative changes that have taken place recently.

After undergoing surgery on his shoulder, Sami Zayn is expected to be out of action until October. The next NXT Takeover event is tentatively scheduled for October 7th with TV tapings on October 8th so it’s possible Zayn returns during one of those events.
