Survivor Series was a big show this year which featured a huge main event. The Original Bloodline and CM Punk faced off against The New Bloodline and Bronson Reed, and when it was all said and done The Original Bloodline and Punk picked up the victory.
Jey Uso revealed during the post-show press conference that Jimmy Uso broke a toe during the match when he did a splash from the top of the cage. Further details regarding the injury were not revealed.
At one point during the match Jacob Fatu was seen favoring his knee after hitting a moonsault. Fightful Select is reporting that although Fatu was not originally planned to sell his leg, he’s not legitimately hurt, and it was a creative decision that he made.
It’s also being reported that Bronson Reed’s Tsunami was always planned to take him out of the match. However, Reed suffered an injury to one, possibly both of his ankles when he landed. It was noted that Bronson Reed needed help getting to the back after the match.
The word going around is that everyone else came out of Survivor Series ok.
