WrestleMania 41 is almost here and it’s shaping up to be a big weekend for wrestling fans. The two main events for night 1 and night 2 of WrestleMania 41 were recently confirmed, and now it seems that WWE has a plan in place when it comes to the opening matches.

During a recent episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge plans for the opening matches were discussed. According to the report Jey Uso vs. Gunther is penciled in to open night 1 while Iyo Sky vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley is currently penciled in to kick off night 2.

However, it was noted that those plans could potentially change the day of the show. It was noted that originally AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton was set to open WrestleMania 35, but WWE changed the opening match to Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins. We’ll have to wait and see how things play out this weekend, but as of right now Jey Uso vs. Gunther is set to open night 1 and Iyo Sky vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley is set to be the opening match for night 2.
