NXT has been live on Wednesday nights on USA Network for months now, and usually the show doesn’t have any timing issues.
However, if it seemed like the Jordan Devlin vs. Tyler Breeze match on this week’s episode was too long, that’s because it was.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that the Breeze vs. Devlin match on the 2/5 episode was running short, so the two Superstars had to improvise and lengthen their match.
In the latest NXT injury report video it was noted that Tyler Breeze suffered lower back pain, and stiffness from the pre-match attack and the match with Jordan Devlin.
