There are currently several stars on the WWE main roster who are out of action due to injuries, but injuries certainly aren’t exclusive to the main roster.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that NXT star Oney Lorcan is currently out of action with an injury as well. The specifics of the injury are unknown at this point, but it’s being reported that the injury is not that serious, so hopefully he won’t miss much time in the ring.
Lorcan worked his latest TV match at the NXT tapings in November.
Speaking of injured NXT stars, Tommaso Ciampa recently made his return when he attacked Johnny Gargano at NXT Takeover: Philadelphia.
Gargano challenged Andrade “Cien” Almas for the NXT Championship in the main event of the pay-per-view, but unfortunately Gargano was the one who lost. Even though Johnny wasn’t able to win the big one last Saturday, the title match received rave reviews and it was even given a five star rating by the Wrestling Observer.
After the match was over, Ciampa hit Gargano with a crutch when he least expected it, and Gargano has mocked the praise the match received by giving his surprise attack five stars.
