WWE Raw has been airing on Monday nights for decades now, and Raw is arguably the most well known show in the world of professional wrestling.
New Japan Pro Wrestling caught the attention of the wrestling world on Monday night, as the official NJPW Twitter account seemingly took a shot at WWE when they posted the following:
“We know there’s a real shortage of professional wrestling on Monday nights, so every week we make a new match from our archives free to watch!
This week, a war between Tomoaki Honma and Katsuyori Shibata from 2016”
